Service & Software Usage
Scope of Services
[[COMPANY_NAME]] provides comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and financial consulting services specifically designed for construction, retail, and service industries. Our services are tailored to the unique operational challenges of SMBs. We provide specific advisory on tax planning, audit preparation, and regular financial reporting. Consulting engagements are defined by separate Statements of Work (SOW) which reference these master terms.

Software License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to our proprietary SMB financial tools. This license is strictly for your internal business use and is non-transferable.
User Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, accurate financial data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and ensuring all uploaded data is compliant with local laws.
Billing, Payments, and Termination
Subscription Terms
Fees for accounting services are billed monthly in advance. Consulting retainers require a 50% deposit before work commences. Late payments exceeding 15 days will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
All prices are exclusive of statutory taxes where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial month usage of software licenses. Active audit support projects cannot be cancelled until completion of the filing period.
Limitation of Liability
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [[COMPANY_NAME]] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
